Do you offer free returns?
Some of the poster colors may vary on your monitor from ours. We try our best to have accurate color on our prints. If you are unhappy with your posters, please let us know and we will work with you! We strive for excellent customer service!
Are your frames made of out real wood?
Yes, we use real hardwoods (walnut, maple, oak) for our frames as well as real barn wood. Some of our wood is taken from 100-year-old barns. Each set of magnetic boards has a unique history!
What happens if a magnet comes out?
All of our products are handmade, and we put extra care into creating a beautiful unique frame. Sometimes our high power Neodymium magnets may pop out of the hole in the wood. Clean off the magnet, and check to make sure that it will attract to the opposite magnet when you close your boards. Lay your board down on a flat surface, add enough drops of super glue, Gorilla glue or any other strong construction adhesive, gently place the magnet in the hole, and let it set for 24 hours. Don't close the boards together until the magnet is dry. Once the glue is dried, your boards are good to go!
Why are some of your boards different from the pictures shown?
We have learned a lot about working with wood--and no two boards are the same! Wood has its own unique qualities and characteristics that make it special. We love the interesting grains and textures and try to highlight that in our boards. We try to have a consistent look, but some boards may vary slightly in color and texture.
Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately, we don't take custom orders on our posters. However, if you see something or have a design in mind, email us at ........ and we can try to make it a reality! If you want a custom size of magnetic boards and canvas, please contact us and we can work with you to create your beautiful artwork.
How do I store my artwork for a later date?
Use two sheets of flat cardboard (cut up a box or buy flat sheets at Staples). Lay your artwork in between the two sheets of cardboard and add tape around the edges. Another option: roll your artwork up in mailing tubes (make sure the diameter isn't too small). When you are ready to display them, take out your prints and lay them flat for a few days under a clean sheet of paper and some heavy books. Once you hang them with the magnetic hangers, they will straighten out in no time.
